The Long Dark - Magnifying Lens Only Challenge

In this challenge the only light source to make fires, available to you is the Magnifying Lens.  How long can you survive?

Rules for Magnifying Lens Only Challenge

1.  Difficultly Setting. 

    a)  This challenge will have custom settings and played at the Interloper settings.

    b)  The code for this challenge is:  8sHM - bj8P - Kxoj - maGO - 7gAA

    c)  Although 5 Active Feats slots are available you are only allowed to use 2.

2.  Spawn

    a)  The map spawn starting location for this challenge is:  Forlorn Muskeg

3.  Mystery Lake.

    a­)  You must make your way to Mystery Lake after you spawn.  There are 4 possible locations for the Magnifying Lens;  The Forestry Lookout, 2 possible locations at the Camp Office, or The Trappers Cabin.

4.  Fire Source. 

    a)  You can only initially light fires with the Magnifying Lens.  After lighting the fire with the Magnifying Lens you can transfer the fire using a torch to another location.

    b)  At no time may you pick up, have in inventory or use any of the following items;

        Matches of any kind

        Flares

        Fire Strikers

5.  Water.

    a)  The only potable water you can drink is the water you make or find with stipulation.  If you find potable bottled water you make drink that, however taking potable water from toilets is NOT permitted at any time.  You can also drink any sodas you find on your journey.

This challenge is complete when you survive 100 days.  How long can you survive using only the Magnifying Lens?  Sometimes you may not be able to use the Magnifying Lens for 4 or 5 days so stock up on water and cooking meat when the opportunity presents itself.   Forging is probably a must but could prove difficult to light the forge if it's a cloudy day.
